Steven K. Parady, Esq.
Executive Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Officer, Senior Trust Officer
Before joining First National Wealth Management, Steve owned and operated his own business in Northeast Harbor for fifteen years. Formerly a member of the Board of Directors, and Development Director, Steve joined First National Wealth Management in 1998. A graduate of the University of Maine, Steve earned his law degree at the Vermont School of Law in 1981, and has been a member of the Maine Bar Association since 1982. He currently serves on the boards of several local charitable organizations.
Steve and his wife live in Mount Desert.
Amanda Horton, CISP
Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager
Amanda Horton joined First National Wealth Management in 2005 after a long career in Retail Banking with First National Bank. Mandy joined First National Bank in 1995 as a New Account Representative and worked her way up to Consumer Loan Officer prior to joining First National Wealth Management. Mandy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine Farmington. She has taken numerous classes from the Center of Financial Training, attended the Northern New England School of Banking and in 2012 she became a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP). Mandy and her family live in Bar Harbor where she has been involved with the YWCA, Kids’ Corner and the Bar Harbor Band.
Courtney joined First National Wealth Management in 2020 after four years with First National Bank as a Banking Associate.
Lorraine Ouellette, CTFA, CEBS
Senior Vice President, Senior Administration
& Compliance Officer
Lorraine joined First National Wealth Management in 2011, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry including positions in the Trust Departments of Fleet Bank of Maine, Union Trust and Acadia Trust. A graduate of Husson University, Lorraine has obtained the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designations. Lorraine has previously participated in organizations including Special Children’s Friends, the Ellsworth Free Medical Clinic, and the Autism Society of Maine’s Annual Walk for Autism, Lorraine and her family live in Ellsworth.
Laura Comer, CISP
Senior Relationship Associate
A resident of Jefferson, Laura joined First National Wealth Management in 2012 and services First National Wealth Management clients out of our Damariscotta office. She earned her CISP (Certified IRA Services Professional) designation in 2018.
Matthew J. Weaver, CTFA
Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer
Matt joined First National Wealth Management in 2000 as Operations Supervisor after working at the Boston Group LLC, First Data Inc., and PFPC fund services in Boston. In 2007, Matt assumed responsibility for performance reporting and portfolio management after being promoted to Assistant Investment Officer. As Chief Investment Officer, Matt manages the investment portfolios of individuals, trusts and non-profit foundations, as well as serving on the First National Wealth Management Investment Committee. A graduate of the University of Maine Orono with a degree in Finance, Matt is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Matt and his family live in Nobleboro. He enjoys volunteering in the Lincoln County community.

Gary E. Stone
Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Senior Business Development Officer
Gary joined First National Wealth Management in March of 2010 and brought with him 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career at Liberty Brokerage of New York City in 1985, and later worked for Cantor Fitzgerald Securities as an Inter-dealer Broker. Gary brought his financial experience to Maine, working as a Trust Officer at Banknorth Investment Management Group in Portland, and more recently as a Business Development Officer for another Maine bank. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bowdoin College in Brunswick.
Gary is a former board member of Salt Bay Chamberfest, past president of Big Brothers/Sisters of Midcoast Maine and current advisory board member for Camp Kieve. He is a past president and member of the Damariscotta/Newcastle Rotary Club, where he was presented with the 2002 Vocational Service Award for outstanding dedication to community welfare. Other accolades include Community Banker of the Year 2005 for the Maine Bankers Association and Presidents Award 2004 for the Damariscotta Regional Chamber of Commerce. Gary and his family reside in Newcastle.
Eileen joined First National Wealth Management in 2000. She and her family live in Bar Harbor and she is located in our Bar Harbor Office.
Peter Nicholson, CFP®
Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager
Pete Nicholson joined First National Wealth Management in 2015 after working at Bar Harbor Trust Services in Ellsworth as Vice President, Investment Officer. Prior to working at Bar Harbor Trust Services, Pete worked for both Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab. Pete has a bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine Orono. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Pete and his family live in Bar Harbor.

Nazrin Dixon joined First National Wealth Management with the opening of First National Bank’s Bangor branch in 2013. Nazrin brought five years of retail banking experience to her new role. Prior to joining First National Wealth Management, Nazrin worked as a Branch Manager in the Key Bank system, overseeing the Skowhegan, Waterville and Newport locations during her time at Key. Nazrin has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and enjoys volunteering in the Greater Bangor community. Nazrin and her family live in Newport.
Necole Dabrio Janczura
Business Development Officer
Joining First National Wealth Management in 2017, Niki Dabrio Janczura was born and raised in Mid-coast Maine. Niki attended the University of Maine and brings 25 years of non-profit experience to her role as Business Development Officer. During her career at two world-class museums, Niki played a vital role during transitions of leaderships and in many new initiatives. Donor cultivation, volunteer resource and event management round out her experience and underscores her commitment to building relationships.
Niki currently serves as Secretary of the Rockland Public Library Endowment Association, Vice President at Knox Museum and as a Board Member for Coastal Family Hospice Volunteers.
Niki and her family reside in Cushing.
Christopher J. Shelton
Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Joining First National Wealth Management in 2019, Chris is pleased to be back in the Ellsworth area after living and working in Southern Maine. Prior to joining FNWM, Chris worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Portland for over 7 years. Chris graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration in 2010. Chris has completed his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Chris currently resides in Ellsworth with his wife, son and their two dogs.
Tony C. McKim
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony joined First National Bank in 1992 after working for a public accounting firm in the Portland area. Originally the internal auditor for First National Bank of Bar Harbor, Tony progressed to Controller, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He was named President and CEO in 2000. With the merger of First National Bank of Bar Harbor and The First National Bank of Damariscotta, Tony served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the combined entity. In 2015, Tony took over as President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank and The First Bancorp.
Tony has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine Orono. He is an honors graduate of the New England School of Banking and earned a course completion certificate in Bank Investments and Financial Management from University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. A native of Eastport, Tony and his family live in Trenton and he is involved in a variety of community activities including the Maine Seacoast Mission, Harbor House, Camp Beech Cliff, the Maine Bankers Association and Acadian Youth Sports.
Nicholas Walton, CFA

A Bar Harbor native, Nick graduated from Bentley University and has worked for the past fifteen years at an investment management firm in the greater Boston area. He is based at First National Wealth Management’s Bar Harbor office.
