Steven K. Parady, Esq.
Executive Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Officer, Senior Trust Officer
Before joining First Advisors, Steve owned and operated his own business in Northeast Harbor for fifteen years. Formerly a member of the Board of Directors, and Development Director, Steve joined First Advisors in 1998. A graduate of the University of Maine, Steve earned his law degree at the Vermont School of Law in 1981, and has been a member of the Maine Bar Association since 1982. He currently serves on the boards of several local charitable organizations.
Steve and his wife live in Mount Desert.
Amanda Horton, CISP
Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager
Amanda Horton joined First Advisors in 2005 after a long career in Retail Banking with First National Bank. Mandy joined First National Bank in 1995 as a New Account Representative and worked her way up to Consumer Loan Officer prior to joining First Advisors. Mandy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine Farmington. She has taken numerous classes from the Center of Financial Training, attended the Northern New England School of Banking and in 2012 she became a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP). Mandy and her family live in Bar Harbor where she has been involved with the YWCA, Kids’ Corner and the Bar Harbor Band.
Scott S. Hammond, CFP®, CFA
Vice President, Chief Investment Officer
Scott joined First Advisors in 2001 as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining the Bank, Scott worked in the Trust Department of both Maine National Bank and Fleet Bank as both a trader and a portfolio manager. Scott earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkley and served in the Peace Corps. Scott has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1990 and a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1995. Active in many professional and local civic organizations, Scott is involved in the Maine CFA Society, Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, Bar Harbor (MDI) Rotary and his local church. Scott and his wife live in Bar Harbor.
Richard Price, Jr.
Richard joined First Advisors in 2015 after two years in Portland at TD Bank as a Financial Services Representative. Richard received his bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as his MBA from Husson University. He has volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations, including Coastal Humane Society, Lincoln County Animal Shelter, Bath Sunrise Rotary Club and is a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Richard and his family live in Bath.
Lorraine Ouellette, CEBS
Vice President, Senior Administration & Compliance Officer
Lorraine joined First Advisors in 2011, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry including positions in the Trust Departments of Fleet Bank of Maine, Union Trust and Acadia Trust, where she oversaw the relationship management and account administration for relationships totaling in excess of $60 million. A graduate of Husson University, Lorraine has also completed training with the Cannon Trust School and has completed the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program at the Wharton School of Business. Active in local organizations including Special Children’s Friends, the Ellsworth Free Medical Clinic, and the Autism Society of Maine’s Annual Walk for Autism, Lorraine and her family live in Ellsworth.
Tony C. McKim
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony joined First National Bank in 1992 after working for a public accounting firm in the Portland area. Originally the internal auditor for First National Bank of Bar Harbor, Tony progressed to Controller, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He was named President and CEO in 2000. With the merger of First National Bank of Bar Harbor and The First National Bank of Damariscotta, Tony served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the combined entity. In 2015, Tony took over as President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank and The First Bancorp.
Tony has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine Orono. He is an honors graduate of the New England School of Banking and earned a course completion certificate in Bank Investments and Financial Management from University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. A native of Eastport, Tony and his family live in Trenton and he is involved in a variety of community activities including the Maine Seacoast Mission, Harbor House, Camp Beech Cliff, the Maine Bankers Association and Acadian Youth Sports.
Matthew J. Weaver, CTFA
Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager
Matt joined First Advisors in 2000 as Operations Supervisor after working at the Boston Group LLC, First Data Inc., and PFPC fund services in Boston. In 2007, Matt assumed responsibility for performance reporting and portfolio management after being promoted to Assistant Investment Officer. As Senior Portfolio Manager, Matt manages the investment portfolios of individuals, trusts and non-profit foundations, as well as serving on the First Advisors Investment Committee. A graduate of the University of Maine Orono with a degree in Finance, Matt is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Matt and his family live in Nobleboro. He enjoys volunteering his time with several community programs, including the Lincoln Academy Alumni Council.
F. Stephen Ward
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in business and banking. He manages equity and fixed income investments for clients of First Advisors as well as managing First National Bank’s portfolio of fixed income securities. Steve has a bachelor’s degree and a MBA from the University of Maine Orono and has been employed by First National Bank and First Advisors since 1990. Steve and his family reside in Edgecomb. He has been involved in a variety of community activities and is currently on the Board of Coastal Ventures Inc.
Gary E. Stone
Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Gary joined First Advisors in 2010, bringing with him 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry including stints at Liberty Brokerage and Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in New York, Banknorth Investment Management and Camden National in Maine. A graduate of Bowdoin College, Gary serves on the board of and is active in many local non-profits including the Salt Bay Chamberfest, Camp Kieve, Rising Tide Cooperative Market, and the Damariscotta Newcastle Rotary Club. Gary and his family reside in Newcastle.

Peter Nicholson, CFP®
Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Pete Nicholson joined First Advisors in 2015 after working at Bar Harbor Trust Services in Ellsworth as Vice President, Investment Officer. Prior to working at Bar Harbor Trust Services, Pete worked for both Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab. Pete has a bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine Orono. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Pete and his family live in Bar Harbor.
Eileen joined First Advisors in 2000. She and her family live in Bar Harbor and she is located in our Bar Harbor Office.
Vice President, Business Development Officer
Nazrin Dixon joined First Advisors with the opening of First National Bank’s Bangor branch in 2013. Nazrin brought five years of retail banking experience to her new role. Prior to joining First Advisors, Nazrin worked as a Branch Manager in the Key Bank system, overseeing the Skowhegan, Waterville and Newport locations during her time at Key. Nazrin has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and enjoys volunteering in the Greater Bangor community. Nazrin and her family live in Newport.
